Before a procedure

Is a prior consultation mandatory?
Yes. Every procedure is preceded by a consultation, which makes it possible to assess the indication, to give information on the precautions, the possible after-effects and the fees, and then to obtain your consent.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are booked on a dedicated platform, accessible from the practice page. No health data passes through this website.
Is a reflection period provided for?
A reflection period may be offered between the consultation and the procedure, so that your decision is taken in full knowledge of the facts.

Your concerns

Will I look different?
The approach gives priority to respecting a natural appearance and the balance of your face. The aim is to support, not to transform; the indication and the extent of what is done are discussed together in consultation.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, at any time. The consultation may indeed conclude that no procedure is indicated. No decision is taken under pressure.
Do I have to decide on the same day?
No. A reflection period is observed between the information received and the procedure, particularly where the nature of the procedure requires it.
Is it discreet?
Discussions take place in a medical and confidential setting, covered by medical confidentiality. No health data passes through this website.

During and after

Are the procedures painful?
What is felt depends on the procedure and on each person. The comfort measures are explained during the consultation.
Are there after-effects or any social downtime?
Depending on the procedure, transient after-effects are possible (redness, oedema, sensitivity, small bruises). Post-procedure recommendations are given to you in consultation.
When is the result visible?
The time frame varies according to the technique and the person. No result can be guaranteed; it is assessed individually.

Fees & information

Where can I find the fees?
The fees are set out for information on the Fees page. The applicable fee is specified during the consultation. Aesthetic medicine procedures are not reimbursed by the French health insurance system.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Aesthetic medicine does not guarantee a result. The information concerns the indications, the precautions and the course of each procedure.
Is my health data collected through this website?
No. The contact form collects no health data and accepts no attachments. Appointments are booked on a dedicated third-party platform.

Safety

Are there any contraindications?
Yes; they are assessed individually in consultation (pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain medical conditions, ongoing treatments, etc.).
Who carries out the procedures?
The procedures are carried out by Dr Vanessa Cingala, in a strictly medical setting.
