Acne, scars & texture
Acne & acne scars
Personalised management of acne, of marks and of scars, in order to improve the quality and the regularity of the skin gradually.
Understanding this concern
Acne may evolve over time and leave different traces: persistent redness, pigmentation spots, visible pores, irregularities of texture or true scars.
Not all acne scars are identical. Some are superficial, others deeper or tethered. Their shape, their depth and how long they have been present must be analysed before a technique is chosen.
My approach consists first in distinguishing acne that is still active from its sequelae. When the inflammation persists, it must be taken into account before undertaking certain treatments intended for the scars.
Depending on the indication, different techniques may then be proposed or combined: medical peels, fractional CO₂ laser, radiofrequency microneedling, biostimulation and regenerative treatments. Residual redness or pigmentation may require specific management.
The correction of scars is generally gradual. Several techniques or several sessions may be necessary in order to work at different depths and to obtain a harmonious improvement of the texture.
The aim: to regain skin that is more regular, smoother and more even, with a strategy suited to each type of scar.
